Roberta Aldridge

Roberta is a native Midlander and has been active in real estate for over 20 years. A broker and co-owner of Real Estate One, she also holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, and the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Roberta has served our community in many capacities and is a past board member of the Junior League of Midland, Midland Habitat for Humanity, and the Permian Basin Board of Realtors. Roberta has a reputation for integrity and professional excellence, and is known for her expertise in luxury homes and confidential sales. Roberta is assisted by office manager Janice Pine, a broker and native Midlander as well. Roberta’s office is known for its “family-style” service.

Craig Aldridge and Claire Heck, her son and daughter, are Realtors® and serve as Roberta’s associates. Craig works in residential and commercial sales, and Claire has 10 years experience in residential sales.

Roberta is a member of First Presbyterian Church, and her interests include art, travel, and King Charles Spaniels.
